The next big step will see renters in the following buildings begin the relocations process:
- 259 Malvern Road, South Yarra
- 139 Highett Street, Richmond
- 111, 119 and 127 Elizabeth Street, Richmond
- 6 and 8 Anderson Court, Richmond
- 1–5, 7 and 9 Williams Court, Richmond
These relocations are due to be complete by February 2026 and new homes complete by 2032.
Relocations are already underway, due to be complete by September 2025, at 33 Alfred Street, North Melbourne and 12 Holland Court and 120 Racecourse Road, Flemington. These new homes are due for completion in 2031.
Work is already underway in Carlton, with the first new homes due for completion in 2028.
