Hand in Hand Community Support

When it is time to relocate, we provide a range of support to help residents with every stage. 

From opportunities to ask questions and get advice, sessions for family and friends, to having a dedicated relocations team member – we know that having a range of support makes all the difference.  

Our Hand in Hand program links residents with residents who already relocated. 

Being able to talk to a fellow resident, who has experienced all the steps of relocating, gives residents even greater support.
