This tower at 120 Racecourse Road in Flemington dates back to the mid-1960s.

In September 2023, we announced that this site will be one of the first to be redeveloped to provide more and better homes for current and future residents.

Residents are currently getting support to relocate while this redevelopment is underway and this process is due to finish in September 2025.

We look forward to welcoming new and returning renters when the redevelopment is complete in2031.
