The tower at 33 Alfred Street in North Melbourne dates back to 1968. 

In September 2023, we announced that this site will be one of the first to be redeveloped to deliver more and better homes for current and future residents.

Residents are currently being supported to relocate and deconstruction is due to commence when all residents have relocated in September 2025. 

Returning residents will be welcomed home when construction is complete in 2031.
