The new development located from 147 - 161 Elizabeth Street, Richmond, is now complete. Delivered as part of Victoria’s Big Housing Build, the project has delivered 144 new well designed, safe, secure and modern social housing homes for some of Victoria’s most vulnerable.
Designed according to sustainable and liveable design principles, residents will also be able to benefit from new shared spaces – including landscaped gardens and shared community spaces including a barbecue, seating area and children’s playground.
Registered community housing organisation, Housing Choices Australia, has been appointed to manage the site under a Management Services Agreement and 30-year lease, bringing a wealth of experience developing and managing social housing across Australia and Victoria.
