Delacombe, Ballarat

We’re building 181 modern, comfortable and energy-efficient homes in Delacombe, Ballarat.

This includes a mix of one, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and 5% of the new homes will be fully accessible for Victorians living with  disabilities.

The new homes will be located within new high-quality streets and upgraded open spaces that faciliates connectivity throughout the development and to the surrounding neighbourhood.

A master plan was developed to help shape the vision for the Delacombe site. Community consultation as part of the master planning process has helped inform the early plans of the Delacombe Big Housing Build.

Engagement report now available

From 2 to 23 June 2025, we consulted the Ballarat community and other stakeholders on the plans for the new homes at Delacombe. The feedback we received during consultation has helped to inform the final design plans.

Thank you to everyone that took part in the consultation process.

A report has been developed outlining how we engaged with the community, what we heard, and how we’ve responded.
