20 Elgin Street, Carlton

The tower at 20 Elgin Street in Carlton was built in 1968. It was home to 98 households.

In September 2023, we announced that this site will be one of the first to be redeveloped.

Demolition of the old building is now complete, construction of the new Elgin Towers at this site will commence in 2026.

This redevelopment is due for completion in 2028.
