New social housing in Pascoe Vale

We’ve partnered with Housing Choices Australia to deliver 70 new social housing homes in Pascoe Vale. We’re proud to be providing more Victorians with safe and secure homes in a modern, 4-level complex. 

All of these new homes are one- and 2-bedroom apartments and are delivered in partnership with Housing Choices Australia.  

We’re very excited to say that Aboriginal Housing Victoria is also purchasing 5 of these apartments with grant support from the Homes for Aboriginal Victorians Round. 

This partnership ensures more First Nations Victorians will be provided with housing and support services by an organisation that understands their needs. It’s all part of our commitment to delivering more culturally safe and secure housing. 

These homes are located close to the Pascoe Vale Neighbourhood Centre and railway station, as well as various shops and schools. This central location helps connect residents to the community and provides them with everything they need. 

In addition to a shared rooftop space and communal garden beds, the complex features all-electric appliances, as well as double-glazed windows, split system heating and cooling, so residents will be comfortable all year round.
