The builder ICON will always try to keep construction impacts and disruptions to a minimum.  

We’ll let you know in advance about what’s happening on site and if there are any upcoming works planned that may impact you.

In partnership with our project partner Building Communities including ICON, we’ll email you regular news updates about the project. You can click on the link to sign up for community updates.

Site works operate within standard hours as determined by your local city council. The standard working hours in the City of Stonnington are carried out between the hours of:  

• 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday
• 9 am and 3 pm on Saturday. 

Building activities are not allowed to occur on Sundays or public holidays.  

However, there may be circumstances where the builder will need to work outside of standard working hours. In these cases, the builder will seek permission from the local council and aim to notify the community about planned out of hours work in advance. 

You and other residents in the local area will receive works notices in your letterboxes about upcoming works that may impact you.
