Information for neighbours

The builder at the site will always try to keep construction impacts to a minimum. If there are works planned that may impact you, we’ll let you know in advance about what’s happening on site and how any disruptions will be managed.

Site works will operate within standard hours as determined by your local city council. In the Bayside City Council standard working hours are: 

• 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday 
• 9 am and 3 pm on Saturday. 

Building activities are not allowed to occur on Sundays or public holidays. 

There may be circumstances where the builder will need to work outside of standard working hours. In these cases, the builder will seek permission from the local Council and aim to notify the community in advance.  

Near neighbours will receive works notices in their letterboxes. You can also sign up for project updates.
