Site clearing works
We’re getting ready to build more homes.
We have started site clearing works to prepare the site for the construction of new homes.
Works are happening between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday – Saturday from June to August 2025
All works will be carried out safely and we will do our best to minimise inconvenience for the local community.
Details
- Careful deconstruction and removal of remaining above ground structures
- Minor ground excavation to remove below-ground structures, such as pipes and services.
- Installation of solid hoarding at the corners of Kirkwood and Sailors Gully Road and Darling Street and Sailors Gully Road.
