We know your neighbourhood is important to you. The Virginia Hill development in Eaglehawk, Bendigo will mean more modern, secure and sustainable homes for Victorians most in need of a home. It will also mean improved pathways and connections and upgraded public spaces for the whole community. 

Early works

We will be undertaking early works in Virginia Hill as part of the construction of new social and affordable homes. 

The early works are scheduled to start in November 2025 and finish by August 2026.  

Works will take place between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. 

All works will be carried out safely and we will do our best to minimise inconvenience for the local community.
