The Homes Victoria Affordable Housing Rental Scheme Two

The Homes Victoria Affordable Housing Rental Scheme Two gives everyday Victorians access to modern, energy efficient homes and stable housing at a more affordable rent.

Under the program, rents for the properties in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria are set at the lower of 30% of household income and 74.99% of the market rent.

The properties are rented under 5-year fixed term rental agreements to give renters more security.

Many properties are located in diverse and thriving communities inclusive of public housing, community housing and private market housing. Common spaces provide opportunities for interaction and building connections.

All properties are close to green spaces, transport, shopping precincts and services.
