Expression of Interest (EOI)

Homes Victoria is delivering new modern, well designed, and energy efficient social housing at 50 Coleraine Street, Broadmeadows. This integrated housing development will deliver 120 new social homes, due for completion in mid-2026.  

Once completed, the new housing site will deliver 2 separate mid-rise buildings and improved open spaces. Each building will have a non-residential space on the ground floor. The new Banksia Gardens housing site will be managed by a Community Housing Organisation (CHO). 

Before the CHO procurement process starts, Homes Victoria is looking for EOI from community groups, businesses and non-governmental organisations for proposed use of the non-residential spaces, to help identify potential tenants for these spaces. The use of the 2 non-residential spaces is intended to support and benefit residents and the local community.
