New social homes in Kennington

We’re partnering with VincentCare Community Housing to build 82 new social homes in Kennington, Bendigo. We’re proud to say these homes will help house people on the Victorian Housing Register over the age of 55.  

The development will include 4 buildings. A fifth building will serve as a community hub for residents. This community hub will have a conference room, office spaces, workstations, a kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pergola.  

The community space aims to create a sense of community among residents – with easy access to home and work amenities.  

Residents will also have access to beautiful bushland, including a bushland reserve. They will be able to enjoy outdoor activities like a walking trail, several parks and a sports oval.  

The homes are also located close to shops and public transport, making it easy for residents to get around.
