New homes make the road trip to Nhill in regional Victoria

More and better homes are ready for their new residents after making a 4 hour journey by truck to the regional town of Nhill in north-west Victoria.​

We partnered with Elmstone Property Group to deliver seven modular homes built using modern methods of construction, funded by the Big Housing Build.​

The new one-bedroom homes will provide safe and secure accommodation for Nhill residents who need them most.​

The homes were built in Ravenhall and trucked to a vacant site late last year where local tradies added the final touches, including earthworks, concreting and fencing. ​

The new homes are near education, public transport and sporting facilities.

Modular homes can be built quickly and they are portable, making them easy to transport to vacant and underutilised land. ​

It’s a faster and smarter way to provide homes for communities where construction shortages and supply issues are slowing down the building of new homes.
