Social Housing Growth Fund

The Social Housing Growth Fund was established in 2018. It provides funding to Community Housing Organisations to build more and better homes across the state in partnership with Homes Victoria.

Working with the community housing sector means we can attract more Australian Government Funding to build more social housing across Victoria. We can do this by:

  • leveraging debt finance
  • using philanthropic funding
  • using the community building expertise of community housing organisations.
