We want to hear from you to help us build a vision for the Bronte Court housing site in Williamstown.
We're inviting relocated residents, neighbours and the Williamstown community to share what's important in the design of the future Bronte Court housing site. Your ideas and feedback will help shape the future of the new development.
Our vision is to create safe, well-designed and well-connected new homes for Williamstown.
About the project
The Commonwealth and Victorian Government are partnering through the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) and the Big Housing Build.
The project will deliver 96 new social homes that will be modern, well-designed and energy efficient.
We expect construction of the new homes to start in mid-2026 and to be complete by 2029.
Once the new social homes are complete, relocated residents of Bronte Court will have the right to return, based on their ongoing eligibility, needs, and suitability of new homes.
