The Commonwealth and Victorian Government are partnering through the Housing Australia Future Fund to deliver 96 new social homes at 3-7 & 10 Bronte Court, Williamstown.
The vision is to create a safe, well-designed and well-connected housing site.

Consultation closed
From 16 February to 8 March 2026, we consulted the Williamstown community and other stakeholders on the plans for the new homes at Bronte Court.
Thank you to everyone that took part in the consultation process.
All feedback received during community consultation is currently being collated, analysed and will help inform the final design plans for the new homes.
A report on the community consultation outcomes will be included in the planning application, which will be submitted to the Minister for Planning in mid-2026.
The report will be made available on Engage Victoria after a decision is made on the planning application.

Relocations
All residents from the old walk-ups at Bronte Court have been supported to move into new homes that suit their ongoing needs.
Relocated households will have the right to return to the new homes based on their ongoing eligibility, needs and suitability of the new homes.
