Consultation now open: draft design plans released for Dunlop Avenue redevelopment

We’re inviting the Ascot Vale community to view and provide feedback on the design plans for the Dunlop Avenue redevelopment. 

The design plans and project reports are available on Engage Victoria.  

You can tell us what you think by: 

• Completing the Engage Victoria survey
• Speaking to the team at one of our drop-in sessions at Wingate Avenue Community Centre, 13a Wingate Avenue, Ascot Vale:
• Thursday 16 April, any time between 2-4pm
• Tuesday 21 April, any time between 5-7pm  

The consultation period closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 28 March 2026. 

Over October and November 2025, we heard from residents, community and stakeholders about what was important to them for the redevelopment of Dunlop Avenue, Ascot Vale. 

The draft design plans have been informed by the feedback we received late last year.
