Consultation now open: draft design plans released for Ashburton redevelopment

We’re inviting the local community to view and provide feedback on the design plans for the Ashburton redevelopment.

The consultation closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 22 March 2026.

In October and November 2025, Homes Victoria engaged with residents, community and stakeholders on what is important to them in the redevelopment of 1-9 Alamein Avenue and 2 Ambon Street.

The draft design plans have been informed by the feedback we received late last year.
