Who manages the new homes at Simmons Street
All new homes at Simmons Street will be managed by Building Communities for a 40-year term. Building Communities includes the community housing provider Community Housing Limited (CHL) and the tenancy manager, Horizon Housing Realty (HHR).
CHL will manage the social homes, and Horizon Housing Realty will manage the affordable and market rental homes on the site.
