Who manages the new homes at Essex Street?
All new homes at Essex Street will be managed by Building Communities for a 40-year term. Building Communities includes the community housing providers Community Housing Limited (CHL) and Women's Property Initiatives, as well as an additional tenancy manager - Horizon Housing Realty (HHR).
CHL and Women's Property Initiatives will manage the social homes, and Horizon Housing Realty will manage the affordable and market rental homes on the site.
