Look inside a brand new home at Ormond Road, East Geelong
54 new social homes are almost complete at Ormond Road, East Geelong, with renters set to move in later this year.
Delivered as part of the $6.3 billion Big Housing Build, the new homes are a mix of one, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. They are modern, accessible and energy-efficient.
They replace 18 ageing social homes that were not fit for purpose. This is an uplift of 36 homes, or triple the amount of social housing at Ormond Road.
