Work underway at Delacombe, Ballarat
Works are underway in the Leawarra neighbourhood to deliver 181 new social and affordable rental homes.
Works started in late 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in stages between 2027 – 2028.
This activity will involve:
- earthworks to prepare for the construction of new homes and roads extensions
- construction of new homes, retaining walls, driveways and fences
- construction of new footpaths and road extensions to Monet and Chalon court
- installing, upgrading and connecting essential services like water, electricity, and drainage
- managing vegetation.
