Image description of the Flemington precinct map
At the top of the map is Debneys Park with the Djerring Hub on the top righthand side. Next to the park the new Holland Court development is shown with a new pocket park linking to Debneys Park.
The existing 126 and 130 Racecourse Road buildings are shown in blue next to the new development. To the left of the new Holland Court development is the completed Elizabeth Street development.
Next to Holland Court is the new Murnalung Park. The park is now open. Between the new development and the park is a new, 2-way road called Baanh Way. Baanh Way is now open for cars and pedestrians.
Racecourse Road is shown at the bottom of the map, with the existing buildings of 12 Holland Court and 120 Racecourse Road shown in yellow. Between these buildings, the car parks are shown.
Some areas of the car park are closed. The car park between 120, 126 and 130 Racecourse Road is closed as we prepare for the next stage of renewal at Flemington. Fencing will be installed around the work area for your safety. This requires changes to how you move around the area. The car park next to 12 Holland Court is still open.
There is also a small triangle of land off Racecourse Road which is closed for construction. There is vehicle access on each side of the work area, so you can still get in and out of the precinct.
The map shows how you can get around the area while works are underway. You can enter and exit from Racecourse Road and can still park in the car park next to 12 Holland Court. There is no vehicle access through the car park to Holland Court and 126 Racecourse Road because this area has become part of the construction site. You can walk to all the buildings around the car parks and work sites.
There is short term parking and disability parking at the foot of 130 Racecourse Road.
You can also enter the area by turning from Racecourse Road onto Holland Court and then turning right down the new Baanh Way. The parking are for ambulances has moved to behind 130 Racecourse Road, off Baanh Way.
