Instructions for conveyancer
This document provides step-by-step instructions for your conveyancer, so they know how and when documents need to be completed.
Form for conveyancer
Your conveyancer should fill out this form with its business banking details and send it to us so we can transfer your grant funds.
Letter for conveyancer
This is a letter that should be filled out by your conveyancer and sent to us so we can check we’re paying you the right amount of grant funding.
Confirmation of payment
Once the grant funding has been paid towards your home, your conveyancer should fill out this letter and send it to us as confirmation.
