With demand for housing greater than ever, our modern methods of construction program is reducing build times and ensuring more people have a roof over their heads sooner.

Earlier in July, our partner, Hamlan Homes, commenced the construction of 2 new 3-bedroom homes in Geelong using 3D concrete printing technology – a social housing first in Victoria!

The walls of the homes were printed in just 7 days using a recycled concrete mix, with the process operated by a team of only 2 people.

In addition, this innovative approach is delivering highly durable energy efficient homes. Each home is designed to achieve a minimum 8.5 star NATHERS rating, meaning lower energy bills for renters.
