We’re looking for our next pet superstars!

Ever noticed how a wagging tail or happy chirp can turn a regular day into a great one? For many of our renters, pets are much more than just roommates. They are the secret ingredients that help build a friendly and connected neighbourhood.To celebrate this positive impact, we’re continuing to celebrate our renters who are creating a wonderful sense of community with the help of their pets.Whether they have fur, feathers or scales (or anything in between!), these loyal companions make social housing feel like a true home. The Pets at Our Place calendar is our way of saying a huge “thank you” to everyone who makes their neighbourhood a friendlier place.

Nominations are now open!

If you want your own animal superstar to be a local hero, you’re in luck! Nominations for the 2027 calendar are officially open now. It’s the perfect chance to share your pet’s unique story and show how they bring a smile to everyone’s face.

The rewards for our winners

We’ll select 12 lucky renters and their pets to be the stars of the 2027 calendar. If chosen you and your pet will be:

• Professionally photographed by a pro
• Published in the official 2027 calendar for everyone to see!

Winners will also receive a special prize pack including:

• A professional standard photo of the photo taken
• A custom illustration print of your pet
• A gift voucher and a copy of the calendar

Who can enter?

There is no limit to what kind of pet can join the fun! To enter, you simply must live in Victorian social housing and ensure your pet follows all relevant registration laws.
