Preparing Flemington for more homes
Posted on: 01/10/2026 - 9:30am
We are preparing to deliver the next stage of renewal in the Flemington precinct.
In May and June this year, we sought feedback on a proposal to deliver more new homes in the precinct, including at least 400 social homes.
This new project has now received planning approval and we will soon begin work to prepare the site for future construction.
We will share information about upcoming works with residents shortly.
