We are building a vision for the future of the housing precinct at South Yarra and Prahran – and we want to hear what’s important to you.
New homes at Simmons Street and Essex Street will be completed in late 2026 and the redevelopment of 259 Malvern Rd and the towers at 25 and 27 King Street will be the next step in the redevelopment of the precinct.
Homes Victoria is focused on delivering new, modern, and accessible homes to better meet the needs of residents now and into the future.
The South Yarra and Prahran Precinct is being redeveloped in stages, with future stages to be announced in due course.
We are inviting residents and the South Yarra and Prahran community to let us know what is important to you. Your ideas and feedback will help shape the future of the site.
The vision is to create a safe, well-designed and well-connected neighbourhood.
