Engagement so far
In November 2025, Homes Victoria heard from residents, community and stakeholders about what was important to them for the redevelopment of 77 Noone Street and 11, 21 and 23 Rutland Street.
The draft design plans have been informed by the feedback we received late last year.
We received almost 600 comments from community members. We compiled this feedback into a report that was shared with the project team. To read more about the feedback received so far and view the draft design plans, visit our website
