Who manages the new homes at Holland Court
All new homes at Holland Court will be managed by Building Communities for a 40-year term. Building Communities includes the community housing provider Community Housing Limited (CHL) and the tenancy manager, Horizon Housing Realty (HHR).
CHL will manage the social homes, and HHR will manage the affordable rental homes on the site.
