Information for neighbours

We always try to keep impacts to a minimum, but sometimes, building new homes and spaces can cause disruptions, such as: 

• Changes to traffic and pedestrian access
• Building noise, dust and vibrations 

We appreciate your patience while we work to deliver new homes and renewed neighbourhoods in Williamstown. We’ll provide notices to neighbours before significant works occur and you can also sign up for regular project updates. 

Site works will operate within standard hours as determined by your local city council. With the exceptions of emergencies or planning permits, construction works will take place within the standard hours approved by Hobsons Bay City Council:  

• Monday to Friday: 7am – 6pm
• Saturday: 9am- 1pm
• No works on Sundays or public holidays 

Near neighbours will receive notices in their letterboxes ahead of any significant works.
