To be eligible for a Homes Victoria Affordable home, your household must meet all the below criteria:

Your household income falls within the income limits (see below)
The advertised rent is not more than 30% of your gross household income (you can use a rent affordability calculator to check)
All household members are Australian citizens or permanent residents
Household members currently live in Victoria
Household members do not own property
Your household size meets the household size guidelines (see below)
If successful, required documents and information are supplied within 2 business days
If successful, the household can move in within 30 days of accepting an offer
You accept the Terms and Conditions (see below)
