Harvest Square, Brunswick West
We completed the Harvest Square, Brunswick West redevelopment delivering 198 new homes to help tackle housing affordability and create more and better homes in Brunswick West.
Through the Victorian Government’s Public Housing Renewal Program, we built 119 social homes and 50 market homes in partnership with AV Jennings and leading community housing provider Women’s Housing Limited.
The redevelopment replaced 82 older social homes that did not meet modern design standards bringing a 45% uplift in social housing to the site.
Ideally located 6 km north of Melbourne’s city centre, the redevelopment provides an 18-metre-wide green space, kids play equipment, community gardens, outdoor chess table, ping pong table, and bike parking facilities for all residents to enjoy.
